Roteiro

1- Abra o tube no PSP
Edit > Copy
Minimize

2- Abra Nova Imagem Transparente de 1024 x 450 px
Preencha com cor clara do tube

3- Selections > Select All
Edit > Paste > Paste Into Selection
Seletions > Select None

4- Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Default

5- Effects > Distortion Effects > Wind com as configurações:

6- Effects > Distortion Effects > Lens Distortion como no print:

7- Com a ferramenta Deform ou Pick, ajuste a imagem como no exemplo

8- Selections > Select All
Selections > Float

9- Effects >3D Effects > Drop Shadow com configurações à sua escolha

10- Effects > Plugins > Xero > Artworx como mostra o print:

11- Selections > Select None

12- Layers > New Raster Layer
Preencha com cor que combine com o trabalho

13- Effects > Plugins > Picture Man Collection : Art Gallery > Canvas
Aplique este efeito 2 vezes ( 2 x )

14- Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom

15- Layers > Merge > Merge All

16- Image > Add Borders com as configurações:
Symmetric= desmarcado
Bottom= 20
Top, Left e Right= 0

17- Com a Ferramenta Magic Wand selecione a borda feita

18- Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel a seu gosto
Selections > Select None

19- Ative o tube
Edit > Copy

20- Na imagem trabalhada
Edit > Paste > Paste As New Layer

21- Layers > Merge > Merge All

22- Assine e salve em jpeg optmizer
